Balloon Care Instructions

At Poppin Balloons & Gifts, our balloon arrangements are carefully prepared to make your special occasion memorable. Balloons are delicate products, and proper care is essential to help maintain their appearance and lifespan.

Please follow these care instructions after receiving your balloon arrangement.

How to Care for Your Balloons

1. Avoid heat and direct sunlight
Keep balloons indoors in a cool, stable environment whenever possible. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight, hot rooms, near windows exposed to strong sun, heaters or other heat sources. Excessive heat can cause balloons to expand and burst.

2. Avoid extreme temperatures
Do not leave balloons inside hot vehicles or expose them to sudden temperature changes. Temperature fluctuations can affect their appearance, inflation and lifespan.

3. Keep away from sharp objects
Keep balloons away from sharp edges, pins, jewellery, branches, rough surfaces and other objects that may puncture or damage them.

4. Handle with care
Avoid pulling, squeezing, stretching or handling balloons roughly. Take extra care when moving balloon arrangements, baskets and gift hampers.

5. Protect balloons from wind and outdoor conditions
Wind, rain and other outdoor conditions can damage balloons or cause them to collide with surrounding objects. We recommend keeping balloon arrangements in a sheltered indoor location.

6. Understand natural deflation
Helium-filled balloons gradually lose lift over time. The lifespan varies depending on the balloon material, size, environmental conditions and handling. We cannot guarantee a specific inflation duration unless expressly stated for the product.

Important Information About Popping and Deflation

Although we take care when preparing and handling your order, balloons can pop, leak or deflate due to environmental conditions, accidental contact or other factors after delivery.

Once your order has been successfully delivered, you are responsible for the care and handling of your balloons. We do not ordinarily offer refunds, partial refunds or replacements for damage or deterioration occurring after delivery due to external conditions, accidental damage, improper handling or normal wear.

If your balloons arrive visibly damaged or you believe there is a product defect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or videos so we can assess the issue.
